The Beauty of Joseon Glow Replenishing Rice Milk Toner is a moisturizing facial toner with a soft milky texture that intensively hydrates the skin and provides a healthy glow. Formulated with 100,000 ppm rice extract and rice bran water, it strengthens the skin barrier, regulates moisture levels, and refines the skin's appearance. Niacinamide and alpha arbutin brighten and even the complexion, while panthenol soothes and regenerates.

The light, fast-absorbing formula is especially suitable for sensitive skin and can be applied in multiple layers (layering). It leaves a smooth, refreshed finish and perfectly prepares the skin for subsequent care.

Application

• After cleansing your face, apply an appropriate amount to your palms or a cotton pad.
• Apply evenly to face and neck.
• Gently pat until the toner is completely absorbed.
• Can be used morning and evening.
• Shake well before use if the formulation has separated.
