Shipping conditions (as of January 2026)
Shipping within Germany
Shipping method: Shipping within Germany is via DHL.
Shipping costs:
Free shipping on orders over €39.00 only for direct orders via www.koreanische-kosmetik-shop.de.
For orders placed via marketplaces/partner shops = free shipping for orders over €59.00.
This includes a shipping fee of €3.99.
Shipping process: All orders are shipped from our own warehouse in Northern Germany. Each order includes a personalized Korean cosmetics shop postcard and, if available, 1-3 product samples so you can discover and try new K-beauty products.
Delivery time: Delivery within Germany usually takes approximately 3-4 working days.
Shipping to the EU
Shipping method: International shipping is handled by Deutsche Post.
Shipping costs: The shipping fee for all EU countries is €11.95. We offer free shipping on orders over €99.00.

Shipping to Norway, Switzerland and Great Britain
Shipping costs: €15.95 shipping fee.

Returns (as of January 2026)
If there is a problem with the delivery (e.g., incorrect or damaged products), please contact our customer service at hello@happyandpretty.de within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returns are only possible for unused and undamaged goods in unopened original packaging.
Undeliverable shipments / Default of acceptance
If a shipment is returned to us for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., failure to collect from a branch or parcel shop, incorrect or incomplete delivery address, refusal of acceptance, recipient unknown), the customer is in default of acceptance in accordance with § 293 BGB.
In these cases, we reserve the right to pass on to the customer the return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping service provider (currently 4.50 euros, as of January 2026) as well as any additional shipping costs, or to offset them against the refund.
Return shipping costs
Returns within Germany are FREE.
For returns from abroad, the return shipping costs, including processing fees, amount to €20.95. The customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs.
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping costs via the originally chosen payment method.
In the case of undeliverable shipments (e.g., expiry of the storage period, recipient unknown, refusal of acceptance), the actual return shipping costs incurred by the shipping service provider will be passed on to the customer in the same amount.
Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods:
1. PayPal
Use your own PayPal account for fast and secure payment.
2. Advance payment
After placing your order, you will receive our bank details and can then transfer the amount. Once payment is received, the goods will be shipped immediately.
3. Credit card
Pay securely with your credit card. The following credit card types are accepted:

- JCB
4. Purchase on account via Klarna
Pay conveniently by invoice after you receive your goods. The transaction is processed via Klarna.
Note regarding Klarna payment methods
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer various payment options. Using Klarna payment methods requires a positive credit check. Your data will be processed by Klarna for address and credit verification purposes.
