Shipping conditions
Shipping within Germany
Shipping method: Shipping within Germany is via DHL.
Shipping costs: Free shipping for orders over €39.00. A shipping fee of €3.99 applies for orders below this amount.
Shipping process: All orders are shipped from our own warehouse in Northern Germany. Each order includes 2-6 product samples so you can explore and try out new K-Beauty products.
Delivery time: The delivery time within Germany is usually approximately 3-4 working days.
Shipping to the EU
Shipping method: Shipping abroad is carried out by Deutsche Post.
Shipping costs: For all EU countries, the shipping fee is €11.95. Orders over €99.00 are shipped free of charge.

Returns
If there is a problem with the delivery (e.g. incorrect or damaged products), please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods at hello@koreanische-kosmetik-shop.de Returns are only possible for unused and undamaged goods in the unopened original packaging.
Return shipping costs: The customer bears the return shipping costs (€7.75). After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price, less the return shipping costs, using the original payment method.
Return costs from abroad: 20.95 euros.

Use your own PayPal account for fast and secure payment.
2. Advance payment
After placing your order, you will receive our account details and transfer the amount. Once payment is received, the goods will be shipped immediately.
3. Credit card
Pay securely with your credit card. The following credit card types are accepted:

4. Purchase on account via Klarna
Conveniently pay by invoice after you receive your goods. Payment is processed via Klarna.
Note on Klarna payment methods
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer various payment options. Using Klarna payment methods requires a positive credit check. Your data will be processed by Klarna as part of the address and credit check.
